Admission Guidelines
Admission is open to all classes from Nursery to Std IX and Std XI (Streams: Science, Commerce & Arts). The admission can take place in both Online and Offlinemodes as per parents' convenience.
Online Registration & Admission
Visit school website www.gdgoenkaschool.in and click on the Register button on the home page.
Register online for the desired class.
Parents will be acknowledged for the receipt of registration via automated message.
Admission Executives will follow up telephonically and alert parents for the Entrance Test.
Date, time and details of Entrance Test and Interactive Session are emailed to registered parents.
The email includes complete guidance for completing the Entrance Test procedure.
Results are declared through an Admission Letter via email within 2–3 working days.
The Admission Executive guides parents through completing the Online Admission Form and payment.
Parents upload the required documents.
Upon receipt of final payment, the student's Admission Number is generated and sent via SMS.
Parents are guided to download the School's App for circulars and information.
Offline Registration & Admission
Parents visit the school and fill up the Admission Enquiry Form.
Admission Counselling by Admission Counsellors / PROs.
Fill up the Registration Form.
Take a tour of the Campus and Hostel.
Every prospective student will appear for the Entrance Test.
Results are declared through an Admission Letter via email within 2–3 working days.
Age Criteria
Age of the candidate on 31st March, as recorded in the birth certificate issued by the Civil Authority, determines eligibility for admission.
